BULLY:BAD BLOCK
A Conker's Bad Fur Day-style 3D adventure. Luxe Condos is painting the whole neighborhood beige. Bully, nursing a hangover, and Pidge, a pigeon with no filter, take it back one wall, one gate and one condo foreman at a time.
Chapter 1 "EVICTED", full playthrough (2:38). Real gameplay with the game's own music and sound.
Everybody's got a mouth on them
Dialogue pops up in comic balloons over whoever's talking. Swearing is bleeped and printed as symbols, so you always get the idea.
Chapter 1: Evicted
One night, one block. Cutscenes play like a movie: letterbox bars, over-the-shoulder shots, characters acting while they talk. In between, it's a 3D platformer with context B-pads, Cone Head goons and a boss.

Real models this time
The characters are proper models built in Blender with smooth bodies, sculpted faces and a skeleton, not boxes stacked together. Bully is about 12,000 triangles on an 18-bone rig, animated live from the controls.

How it's made
- Models and the world are built in Blender from code. The night lighting is baked in with Cycles, then played back the way N64 games stored their lighting.
- The N64 look: low-res frame, 16-bit color with dithering, the console's 3-point texture filter, 30 fps.
- Cutscenes use drifting cameras, shot/reverse-shot, punch-ins on punchlines and talking animation.
- The whole chapter is played end to end by an autopilot test, which also recorded the video above.
Concept, characters and direction by Bully. Programming, procedural art and automated playtesting with AI-assisted development (Claude Code). Mild language, bleeped.
